It was during the second half of 2004 that I felt led of the Lord to invite someone to come to Belfast to speak on the topic of ‘GOD [channel] TV: helpful or Harmful’. Initially a speaker and series of meetings were provisionally planned for the end of January 2005 but the Lord over-ruled in both instances [the speaker and timing] and so now this topic is to be addressed by Alan Morrison in a series of meetings planned for 2^nd-19^th April [DV]. Since setting up these meetings news has come of planned visits to Belfast by Kenneth Copeland and Benny Hinn. I believe it was the sovereign hand of God that saw to it that the visit of Alan Morrison would be providentially timed to say to the people of Belfast concerning these visits by Kenneth Copeland and Benny Hinn “take heed that no man deceive you” [Matthew 24:4].

In the lives and ministries of these men there would appear to be a clear fulfilment of the warning issued by Peter in 2^nd Peter 2:1-3 “…there shall be false teachers among you who secretly shall bring in destructive heresies even denying the Lord that bought them and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways, by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words, make merchandise of you.”
